For the past 10 years, I have worked with organizations to strengthen their web presence. From managing the RFP processes to improving UX, design, accessibility, training, and content management, I have developed expertise in creating more effective and user-friendly digital experiences.

Major Relaunches:
Women’s College Hospital Intranet – 2024
The Women’s College Hospital Intranet was very old and out of date. It was hosted on an insecure internal server, on a CMS that was no longer supported by the maker. The content was messy, and the features didn’t function as expected. Staff had trouble finding what they needed, and important policies were not always kept up to date.
We engaged Sandbox Software and went through many discovery sessions with stakeholders to learn what staff needed the most.

Women’s College Hospital Main Site – 2019
The Women’s College Website was outdated and in need of a revamp. The colours were not AODA compliant, and there was too much information on the screen. In 2019 we worked with Intent Design to launch a new look and feel bringing the site into the modern era. We also conducted a content audit and vastly reduced the menu options and home page links, making it much easier for our patients and community to navigate.
In 2021 we worked with Sandbox Software to migrate our CMS from one that was out of date, and unsupported in the Canadian market to WordPress. We continue to tweak and update the sites as our teams’ needs grow.

Crohn’s & Colitis Canada Main Site – 2016
The Crohn’s & Colitis Canada websites (in both English and French) was very old, and had a lot of information on the home page and menus. We engaged the services of AKA New Media in 2016 to lead a redesign that resulted in a modern, up-to-date, easy to update website that is still used to this day.

A WordPress build created during the COVID-19 Pandemic to assist Care Providers. I help maintain this site as updates are needed.
We Are Women’s Annual Report – 2024
The Annual Report website is created in SeedProd inside WordPress. I supported by setting up the template and making content updates, as well as quality assurance.
TAPMI is housed at Women’s College Hospital and serves 5 hospital sites in the GTA. The site is built in MODX and I support the team in training and updates.
Black Women’s Healthcare Summit
This healthcare Event is a ticketed event. I set up the site in SeedProd, created the theme and assist in training and updates.
META:PHI is the provincial hub for Substance Use Services. This site underwent a slight redesign to add features such an events calendar and interactive clinic finder. I provide support to this team.
The WCH Strategic Plan 2030 site was built by our partners at Sandbox Software. We worked closely with them to bring a print product to life with subtle interactive elements while trying to make the site stand out from previous reports we have published.
Eczema Therapies is a medication comparison site aimed at clinicians. It is WordPress site and I support this site with updates when needed.
Ontario Network of Domestic Violence & Sexual Assault Treatment Centres
The Ontario Network of Domestic Violence & Sexual Assault Treatment Centres is the provincial hub for care providers. It is built on MOD X, and I support with updates when needed.
